We have a 30-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

To return an item, it must be in the same condition as when received, unused or unworn, and the tags and original packaging must remain intact. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect the product immediately upon receiving your order. If the product is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items

Some product types, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom-made products (special order items, personalized goods), and personal care products (beauty products, etc.), cannot be returned. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, etc., are not accepted for return. Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding specific items.

Discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the received item and purchase the item again once the return is accepted.

14-Day Withdrawal Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the product has been shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, regardless of the reason or lack of a reasonable cause. As explained above, the returned item must be in the same condition as when received, must not have been used or worn, and the tags and original packaging must remain intact. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
